The beautiful and historic Grade II listed building which is now home to Colchester Boutique Hotel was built in 1809. Previously a solicitors for over 100 years, every effort has been made to maintain and embrace the history through the decor and furnishings throughout.

As a boutique hotel all of our rooms are unique in furnishing, decor, size and layout - no two are the same. Most of our rooms are on the first floor, with 3 being on the ground floor (single, twin & an accessible double). Our standard and luxury guest rooms at Colchester Boutique Hotel have private ensuite bathrooms, towels are provided, complimentary shower products, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryers, TV and WIFI. Bottled still and sparkling water is provided in the rooms and replenished daily. Our luxury rooms have air conditioning - if you require air-conditioning please enquire which rooms are fitted.
